Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) was recently launched in South Korea without any further release information. The phone was priced at KRW 649000 (INR 39000 approx). Now, the device has appeared on Zauba with codename SM-810F along with a price tag of INR 13,635 per unit. Although, this would not be the final launch price in India. As per Korean pricing, it is expected that the phone will be priced around INR 35000 at the time of launch in India.

Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) is a successor of the Galaxy A8, launched in 2015. The phone harbours a 5.7-inch Full HD AMOLED Display with Always-ON display feature, last seen on Samsung Galaxy S7 / S7 Edge. This device is powered by an Octa core Exynos 7420 chipset coupled with 3GB RAM, which guarantee seamless performance.

Samsung Galaxy 8 (2016) flaunts a 16 megapixels rear and an 8 megapixel front facing shooter. Both the cameras are capable of recording Full HD videos. It is fuelled by a 3300mAh non-removable battery.

Huawei Mate 9 was announced recently along with another variant (Porsche design) in China. Now, Huawei is all set to bring the “Lite” version of the already launched device. Huawei Mate 9 Lite has been certified by FCC (Federal Communications Commission) with FCC ID – BLL-L23. RAM is 2GB, while the internal memory space is 16GB. Camera-wise, the phone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front camera. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.

No other information about the phone is leaked yet. The Nokia heart could be announced or launched at MWC event, to be held in Barcelona in the last week of February.

    Meizu has already announced that they will unveil a smartphone named Meizu X at an event happening on November 30. After a couple of information leaked online about its processor and designs, now the latest alleged image spotted online hinting us to Meizu upcoming phone, Meizu X. This mysterious picture clearly states that upcoming Meizu smartphone will get an Honor 8 similar body design – Same Glass back + same Blue color variant.

As per recent leaks, it is getting obvious that the company might release the phone by the end of December 2016. Samsung is also working on the Galaxy C5 Pro.

      Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro features a 5.7-inch Full HD display with metal unibody design. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 626 chipset along with 4GB of RAM. Interestingly, as per GeekBench result, the Galaxy C7 Pro has a Snapdragon 625 chipset. Camera-wise, the phone flaunts a superb 16-Megapixel rear camera. On the front, there will be a 16-Megapixel camera. Pre-installed with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the phone carries a 64GB of native storage.

      Samsung has already announced in the past to launch the Pro versions of the Galaxy C7 and C5 in 2017. The company has already started working on them and after a couple of leaks and listings, Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro is now run through Geekbench benchmarking test recently. Codenamed as SM-C7010, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro carries an Octa core Snapdragon 625 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM.


      Other information leaked is its screen size. The phone will get a 5.7-inch display, probably with a Full HD display. As per Zauba listing, the phone was imported to India with a price tag of Rs 20000 approx per unit. But this price won’t be the final selling price after the launch. It would be priced around Rs 30000 if launched in India.

      The benchmarking result showed impressive results scoring 1000 on the single-core test and 5679 on the multi-core test. Global announcement of the phone is expected soon, probably next month. Its release in other parts of the world especially in India is questionable as the Galaxy C7 has not landed in the country yet. But the Galaxy C7 Pro was listed on Zauba import tracking list a month back.

Codenamed as SM-C7010, Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro is spotted on Zauba listing with a massive 5.7-inch display size.

    Here, an interesting thing about the phone is its pricing. The device is imported to India at a price tag of INR 13645. If we go back a little further, Samsung Galaxy C7 – already launched in China was priced at INR 25000. Strangely, Samsung has not launched Galaxy C7 in India yet. And now presence of Pro version of the previous model is exciting. And, if the Galaxy C7 Pro will come out in India around INR 20000-22000, then it would give a stiff competition to already existing smartphones in high-mid range segment.

Moto G5 spotted on GFXbench ahead of its official launch

Moto G5 and G5 Plus are two upcoming phones that are slated to be launched at the upcoming MWC event in Barcelona. Official renders and images have already spotted on the internet lately. Now, the Moto G5 has appeared on GFXBench revealing Android 7.0 Nougat, 5-inch Full HD display.

As per the listing, the Moto G5 will be powered by an Octa Core Snapdragon 430 chipset clocking at 1.4GHz. The phone could be launched in two RAM variants – 2GB and 3GB, listing reveals. Same for the storage as well. Moto G5 would be come in the market in different storage options – 16GB or 32GB. Camera-wise, the phone flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera along with 5-megaixel front camera. As per earlier leaks, the phone will carry a 2800 mAh non-removable battery.

If we talk about the Moto G5 Plus, the phone will get a 5.2-inch Full HD display with snapdragon 625 chipset and slightly improved 3000 mAh battery.

In another benchmarking test run on AnTuTu, Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

    Codenamed as Samsung SM-A720F, the phone has got a 16-megapixel rear camera along with a same 16-megapixel front camera. Battery information is not revealed. No information about its launch date and price is known yet. Excepted release date of the phone is in Q1 2017. Price-wise, the phone will be launched as a mid-range smatphone featuring high end specs. It could be priced around Rs 25000 in India at the time of launch.
